1. A document confirming the previous degree (level) of education obtained, based on which admission to the University and its supplement (if available) are made.
2. An academic certificate of the established standard issued by a foreign or Ukrainian higher education institution – in case of transfer or resumption of studies starting from the second year.
3. A passpor of a foreigner or a document certifying a stateless person.
4. A color digitized image of the applicant's face.
The specified documents, before enrolling a foreigner for study (internship) at the University, must be certified in their country of origin in the manner officially used in the specified country for such certification (consular legalization, including legalization by the relevant foreign institution of Ukraine, or affixing an apostille for countries that are parties to the Convention abolishing the requirement for legalization of foreign official documents), except for documents issued in Ukraine.
1. Register a personal account in the Unified Interdepartmental Information System for the Recruitment of Foreign Applicants to Educational Institutions of Ukraine:
1.1. Follow the link to the official registration platform for foreign applicants: https://apply.studyinukraine.gov.ua/
1.2. On the main page, click the «Register» button.
1.3. In the «Email» field, enter a valid email address and click the «Submit» button to confirm.
1.4. An email with a link to confirm the creation of your account will be automatically sent to the specified email address. Follow the link received for verification.
1.5. After opening the link, click the «I understood» button, that will automatically redirect you to the system's main page.
1.6. Create a strong password, enter it twice to confirm, and click the «Submit» button. After that, your registration will be completed.
1.1. On the main page of the platform, click the «Sign In» button, then you will be redirected to the authentication page.
1.2. In the «Email» field, enter the email address that was used during registration.
1.3. In the «Password» field, enter the created password.
1.4. Click the «Submit» button, after which you will be taken to the applicant's personal account.
Upon successful login, the «My Applications» section automatically opens, displaying all your current and previous applications, along with their processing status.
1.1. In the «My applications» section, click the «New Application» button.
1.2. Fill in your personal data, specifying:
· given name and surname;
· date of birth;
· citizenship;
· gender;
· phone number.
1.3. After filling in your personal data, click the «Save» button.
1.4. In the «University» field, select Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University.
1.5. In the «Level of study» field, select the desired level (degree) of study.
1.6. Add two mandatory documents:
· a scanned copy (or photo) of your passport – the «Copy of valid passport (international)» field;
· a scanned copy (or photo) of a document confirming previous education –«Certificate confirming previous education» field.
If necessary, the applicant can add a document in the «Additional document» field.
1.7. If the applicant wants to study at the Preparatory Department (language training), they should go to the «Language training» page and complete the following steps:
1.7.1. Select the language of instruction in the «Language» field.
1.7.2. Upload two documents:
· a scanned copy (or photo) of your passport – the «Copy of valid passport (international)» field;
· a scanned copy (or photo) of a document confirming previous education –«Certificate confirming previous education» field.
If necessary, you can add a document in the «Additional document» field.
1.8. After uploading all documents, click the «Next» button.
1.1. Specify the required payment amount.
1.2. Click the «Pay» button to go to the payment page in the acquiring bank's system.
1.3. After successful payment, the applicant will receive a notification of successful application submission.
1.1. To check the status of your application, you should log in to your account.
1.2. Click the «Go To Application» link to go to the application review page.
1.3. In the «Study Propositions» section, upload the study proposal file by clicking on the area with the document icon.
1.4. After reviewing the proposal:
· click «Accept» if the applicant agrees;
or
· reject the offer by specifying the reason in the «Place deny comment here» field and clicking the «Reject» button.
In case of refusal, the applicant awaits the next educational offer from the university.
1.1. add (send) your photo («Photo» field, resolution at least 600x800 px, file size no more than 1 MB);
1.2. indicate the country of permanent residence («Country of residence» field);
If the country of permanent residence is different from citizenship, it is necessary to indicate the number of the document giving the right to permanent residence in the specified country («Country of residence document» field»);
1.3. click the «Save» button;
1.4. wait for the invitation;
1.5. click on the area with the image of the document and the inscription «INVITATION».
The validity period of an electronic invitation to study issued by the Unified System is no more than six months from the date of the electronic signature of the Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University.
1.1. contact the consular office;
1.2. receive a message in the system with all the necessary links;
1.3. receive a notification in the system and by e-mail (where the operator of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' office will indicate the decision, visa number, etc.);
1.4. Enter information about your arrival in Ukraine into your electronic account.
In case of distance learning, send legalized or notarized copies of documents about previous education to the University by post.
When first crossing the state border of Ukraine and upon arrival at the University, submit the original documents.
