For remote admission to an educational institution, a foreigner personally submits a paper application (bachelor's / master's degree) to the relevant structural unit / admission committee.

The foreigner shall attach to the application:

1) a document (scanned copy) on the previously obtained educational (educational qualification) level, on the basis of which the admission is carried out;

2) a scanned copy of the appendix to the document on the previously obtained educational (educational qualification) level, on the basis of which the enrollment is carried out (if any);

3) an academic transcript issued by a foreign/Ukrainian educational institution (in case of transfer or renewal of studies starting from the second year, an academic transcript shall be attached);

4) a scanned copy of the document containing information about the content of the educational program at the previous degree (level) of higher education, credits received, duration of study and academic performance (if this information is not included in the appendix to the document on education), when applying for a master's degree or postgraduate education, if the absence of this information makes it impossible to recognize the qualification in accordance with the document; (Paragraph 4 of clause 9 in the wording of the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science No. 1167 of 11.08.2017)

5) a copy of a foreigner's passport or a document certifying a stateless person;

6) a scanned copy of a 30 x 40 mm photo;

7) a copy of the certificate of a foreign Ukrainian (if any); (Paragraph 8 of clause 9 as amended by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science No. 1167 of 11.08.2017)

8) when applying for postgraduate studies, an additional research proposal in the chosen scientific specialty or a list of published scientific papers and inventions in Ukrainian or English, certified in the prescribed manner at the applicant's place of work/study.

For admission to doctoral studies in Ukrainian or English, the following are additionally submitted:

• Thematic plan of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Science
• a copy of the diploma of the relevant academic degree.

IMPORTANT! Foreigners applying for academic mobility programs shall submit documents approved by the rules of admission to a higher education institution and/or required by international programs and/or agreements under which academic mobility is implemented.

The documents specified in subparagraphs 1-5 of this paragraph shall be translated into Ukrainian with a notarized translation. The documents referred to in subparagraphs 1 - 4 of this paragraph must be certified in the country of issue in the manner officially used in that country for such certification and legalized by the relevant foreign institution of Ukraine, unless otherwise provided by international agreements of Ukraine.
