Steps for Admissions

We are sure that you have chosen a specialty that you like. And now we would like to inform you that the entry of foreign citizens to Ukraine for the purpose of studying at universities is carried out only with a student visa (except for citizens of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Uzbekistan).
Student visas for foreign citizens are issued at consular offices of Ukraine abroad on the basis of a special invitation from the university.

3 STEPS TO JOIN US

 

To receive such an INVITATION, you need to send it to the university by e-mail: slavalevcenko1984@gmail.com, or by phone: +380665784443 (Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp)

  • copy of foreign passport;
  • a copy of the educational document on graduation from school or other educational institution;
  • sign an agreement on personal data processing (Начинается скачивание файлаthe text of the agreement is attached).

The INVITATION (on a special form) is issued within 2 days after the consideration of the submitted documents and the positive decision of the commission. It states: candidate's personal data; country of obtaining a visa; type of training – professional training according to the chosen specialty, language training, etc.

The ORIGINAL INVITATION is handed over to the candidate personally after payment for the invitation form, the procedure for its registration, visa support and the cost of sending the addressee by express mail (DHL or TNT) at the established rate. The receipt for the payment of all expenses is registered in a special journal.

INVITATIONS to study can also be received through our agents - representatives who have the official power of attorney and authority of the university for the right to recruit foreign citizens.

After receiving an INVITATION for training, you should:

  1. contact the Consular Department of the Embassy of Ukraine in the country specified in the REQUEST and find out what documents you need to submit to obtain a student visa (type D);
  2. prepare the specified documents taking into account the requirements of the Consulate;
  3. submit them to the Consulate of Ukraine independently or through an intermediary firm;
  4. obtain a student visa at the Consulate and legalize your educational documents there;

Documents for enrollment in studies in the chosen specialty

For enrollment in studies in the chosen specialty (educational program), a foreign citizen must:

  1. Provide the necessary list of documents (given below).
  2. To sign a statement - an obligation regarding the need to submit educational documents for recognition (nostrification) and establishment of equivalence about the educational and qualification level of study.
  3. Sign an agreement on the processing of personal data.
  4. Sign a study contract with the university.
  5. Pay for tuition for the academic year.

List of required documents for enrollment:

  1. Statement.
  2. Educational documents (scan copy), on the basis of which enrollment is carried out.
  3. Appendix to the educational document (scan copy) with grades from the subjects studied.
  4. An academic certificate issued by a Ukrainian or foreign educational institution (in case of renewal or transfer to higher education courses).
  5. The Scan and a copy of the educational document on the previous level of higher education - bachelor's diploma (for admission to the master's degree).
  6. A copy of the passport, translated into Ukrainian and notarized.
  7. Health insurance policy
  8. 4 photographs with a size of 30x40 mm.

IT'S IMPORTANT! Educational documents (paragraphs 2-5) must be officially certified in the country of their issuance, translated into Ukrainian with a notarized translation, and legalized at the Consulate of Ukraine.

Documents for enrollment in the language training course

To enroll in language training, you need to submit the following documents:

  • educational documents (original and copy), on the basis of which enrollment in studies is carried out;
  • an appendix to the educational document (original and copy) with grades from the subjects studied;
  • a copy of the passport, translated into Ukrainian and notarized;
  • health insurance policy;
  • 4 photographs with a size of 30x40 mm.

It's IMPORTANT! Educational documents must be officially certified in the country of their issuance, translated into Ukrainian with a notarized translation and legalized at the Consulate of Ukraine.

Enrollment of foreign citizens for language training is carried out if they have documents on complete secondary education, which was obtained outside of Ukraine.
